REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At Luxolott, your satisfaction is our priority. In accordance with European Union legislation (Directive 2011/83/EU — Consumer Rights), you have the right to return products purchased from our online store.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date you receive the product, without providing any reason. To exercise this right, please contact us by email before the deadline stating your intention to return.

Return Conditions

For a return to be accepted, the product must be in its original packaging with no signs of use, washing, or damage; include all original tags and accessories; and be sent back within 14 days of notifying us of your intention to return.

Refund

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process a full refund (including the original standard shipping cost) within 14 days. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective products or shipping errors on our part.

Defective or Incorrect Products

If you received a product with a manufacturing defect or one that differs from what you ordered, please contact us immediately. In such cases, we will cover all return shipping costs and either send a replacement or issue a full refund, as you prefer.

Exceptions

We do not accept returns on customized or made-to-order products, nor on underwear items for hygiene reasons.
